Ready In: 2 Hours 30 Minutes

"This recipe will give you two loaves that are quick and easy to make."

Ingredients:
2 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
1/3 cup white sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons INSTANT yeast
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
5ish cups bread flour

Directions:
Mix water, salt, sugar, oil, and 3 cups flour till wet. Add yeast, mix till wet. Add rest of flour, mix till wet(about ONE minute). Cover bowl with plastic wrap and towel and let rest for 20-30 minutes.

Mix with mixer on medium for 6 minutes. Place in a well oiled bowl, and turn dough to coat. Cover bowl with a plastic wrap and towel for about 1 hour.
CAREFULLY place on cutting board and gently divide in half. Shape into loaves, and place into two well oiled 9x5 inch loaf pans. Allow to rise for 40 minutes covered with plastic wrap(spray bread with Pam to keep it from sticking to wrap)until dough has risen 1 inch above pans.

Heat oven to 350*. Bake for 30 minutes.
