6 tablespoons butter
6 bananas, sliced
3 cups light brown sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 pinches salt
6 scoops ice cream ( vanilla or something more exotic like praline or wattleseed)
Directions
1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add sliced bananas and stir for 2 minutes.
3. Add brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
4. Lower heat and continue cooking, stirring constantly for 2 more minutes.
5. Serve over a scoops of ice cream.
