Cashew Chicken1/4 cup oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb chicken, thinly sliced
SAUCE:
2 T fish sauce
2 T oyster sauce
2 T sugar
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/2 c. roasted cashews (or peanuts)
1 green onion, chopped
1/4 c. sliced red bell pepper
1. Heat a large skillet then add the oil, garlic, chicken, the sauces, sugar, and pepper.
2. Turn the heat to high and reduce the sauce until a glaze forms.
3. Mix in the roasted cashews and then turn the mixture onto a serving dish. Garnish with the green onion and bell pepper.
Serve with white rice.
